MISSION, VISION & VALUES

children and adults praying

OUR MISSION

GROW spiritually, CONNECT with the lost,

SHOW compassion, and EQUIP disciples.

OUR VISION

We exist to share HELP for people's lives, HOPE for their future, and a place to call HOME.

Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Matthew 9:35-38

our Values

PRAYER

A commitment to build a relationship with the Father and seek His will in all of life’s situations.

SCRIPTURE

The non-negotiable, foundational Truth which is read, taught and lived out in every part of our personal, home, work and church life.

WELCOMING

Intentionally welcome, with warmth and love, all who interact with our church family.

OUTWARD-FOCUSED

Looking to the needs of others, using our abilities and facilities to serve our community and beyond.

FORWARD MOVING IN FAITH

Seeing God’s will and moving forward trusting Him to provide.

HOLY SPIRIT LED

Purposely seeking, making time to be still so that we may hear the Holy Spirit and obey God’s leading.

SACRIFICIAL SERVANTHOOD

Every believer following Christ’s example in sacrificial servanthood as we serve from the gifts the Holy Spirit gives each of us, serving His Church and our community.

(Having an "it’s not about me" attitude)

DISCIPLES EQUIPPING DISCIPLES

Every believer growing within a small group community, supporting one another and sharing their faith to reach others for Christ.

RELEVANCE

Meeting people where they are, being culturally relevant while ensuring we do not compromise biblical standards.

(We will give up things we love to reach the people of the next generation whom we LOVE MORE!)

EXCELLENCE

Continually striving to do our personal best, knowing we are serving the Master.

Reading Bible

we believe

  • Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who died for our sins and arose from the dead. I Corinthians 15:1-8

  • The Bible is the inspired word of God–a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. II Timothy 3:16

  • Every person has worth as a creation of God, but all have sinned and fall short of His glory. Romans 3:23

  • Forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust Christ as Savior and Lord. John 3:16

  • Those accepting Christ should repent of their sins, confess their faith and be baptized into Him. Romans 10:9; Acts 2:38

  • The church is the body of Christ on earth empowered by the Holy Spirit and exists to love all people and reach out with the message of Christ. Luke 10:25-37; Ephesians 4:1-16

  • The church should meet together regularly to worship God, remember Christ’s sacrifice, study His word and encourage one another. Acts 2:46-47, I Corinthians 11:23-30; Hebrews 10:25

  • Jesus Christ will one day call His children home where we will live with The Lord eternally. I Thessalonians 4:13-18
